Love & Marriage Huntsville is a reality television show with three black couples. Melody and Martell Holt, Maurice Scott and Kimmi Grant as well as Marsau and LaTisha Scott. Marsau and LaTisha explain how to strike a balance between parenthood and running a multi-million dollar company.

Marsau explains that sometimes it becomes difficult to work with her partner by setting professional expectations that are not based on personal/relationship experiences. Hope and trust are great attributes in a marriage, but business is all about accountability and follow-up.

The best thing is to learn and grow together. It has a true partner there who can honestly celebrate the failures and successes. When they started sharing these dreams, they were children. Now we can say, “Look, remember when we said we were going to be here… wow, look at us now… look at God.”
