Who is Kevin Mcgarry? Dr. John Kevin McGarry (circa 1925 – August 1995) was a Northern Irish international footballer who played with Cliftonville from 1949. He played Gaelic football before being persuaded to sign amateur form with Belfast Celtic. He played a couple of first-team games for Celtic before signing with Cliftonville.

Kevin McGarry was born in Kincardine, Ontario, Canada. His acting career began with a happy accident that began in his first year in high school. McGarry accidentally entered a 12th-grade theater class and suddenly discovered a love of acting. Kevin attended George Brown College, where he graduated in 2007 with a degree in creative writing. He also studied Theater Arts at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario and later studied at the Pro Actors Lab in Toronto.

Kevin began his career in 2006. He received his first major television role as Dr. Timothy Hudson in Open Heart (2015). During the 2010s Kevin also appeared in Saw: The Final Chapter (2010) and received numerous television roles, including his role as Mitch Cutty in Heartland (2007) and as Nathan Grant in When Hope Calls (2019) and When Calls the Heart (2014).
