Stefanik defeated Matt Doheny 61 percent to 39 percent in the 2014 Republican primaries. Stefanik then defeated Woolf and Funiciello, winning 55.2% to 33.5% and 10.6% respectively. At the age of 30, she was the youngest woman ever elected to Congress.
