Aaron Zelinsky has been a clerk for Justices John Paul Stevens (retired) and Anthony Kennedy of the United States Supreme Court, as well as Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch of the Israeli Supreme Court and Justice Thomas B. Griffith of the Court of Appeals for the Circuit of the District of Columbia. From 2010 to 2011, he was a special assistant to State Department Legal Counsel Harold Hongju Koh.
Aaron taught constitutional law at The School of Transnational Law at Peking University and Foreign Relations and National Security Law at the University of Maryland. Prior to his law studies, he worked as a deckhand on the large Brazilian sailboat Tocorime and as a field assistant to follow migratory birds in the Negev desert.
He is a graduate of Yale College and Yale Law School.
